Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions.
- E Gift Vouchers will be shared to the email ID indicated by you at the time of purchase.
- Delivery of Physical Gift Vouchers will be done either the following day or on the requested date and time mentioned at the time of purchase.
- Gift vouchers can be redeemed against any item/s on Gourmet by Movenpick home delivery service via www.gourmet.movenpickcolombo.com
- Gift Vouchers cannot be combined with any other ongoing coupon code discount, card offers or other loyalty schemes.
- Gift Vouchers can be redeemed by entering the serial number, mentioned on the Gift Voucher, in the coupon code section at the time of purchase / before checkout.
- Only 1 gift voucher can be redeemed per order.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 90 days from the date of issue and will not be extended.
- Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Gift vouchers can be combined with other forms of payments to settle a bill.
- The full value of the gift voucher and an additional LKR 1000 must be fully utilized per order.
- Gift voucher can be redeemed against the full cart value including delivery charges.
- A gift voucher will be redeemed at the first time it is utilized on the Gourmet website regardless of the full value being utilized or not.
- If the gift voucher is lost or stolen, it can be only reported by stating the serial number in the voucher. A new voucher will be issued with a new code in such instances, provided the voucher has not been already redeemed.
- Hotel will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or already redeemed vouchers and will not be liable for replacement of same.
